This is my 2D Shooter Project for the Unity Game Developer Course.

I did the following modifications to the 2D Shooter of the tutorial in the course: 

  1. New Menu design
  2. New Level design
  3. Three unique levels (open space, asteroid labyrinth, end boss)
  4. New player and enemy design, new sounds and music
  5. Collectable power ups dropped by certain enemies (fire rate, health, lives)
  6. 8 different enemies with unique abilities 
  7. Various traps that can damage the player (nebulas, electric)
  8. Moving obstacles (like doors) 
  9. Respawn points depending on the in game progress
